Managers Melanie Pellegrino, Justin Belter, Kevin Conn, David Payne, and Jason Dickard acted negligently, forcing Americans to lose their homes. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors also discriminated against minorities in Hiring, Pay and Promotions and were sued for discrimination. Mgrs. referred to Blacks as "Niggers" and "Roaches". Former employee files lawsuit against Schwann alleging racial discrimination

TOMBALL, Texas – A man says he was subjected to all sorts of racial slurs over the past few years while working at a popular home food delivery company.

Now, he has filed a federal lawsuit alleging racial discrimination. Sandeep Gupta said his supervisors had been mistreating him because of his ethnicity. He worked as an assistant general manager at Schwann for six years.

“They would chase me around the facility with a yard stick, hitting me in the groin. I have also been locked up in the freezer a couple of times,” he said.

At no time prior to his resignation from his employment at Schwan’s did Gupta report any claims of discrimination or harassment as to what allegedly happened to him five to seven years ago. Schwan’s denies those allegations and intends to defend this case vigorously.

Gupta said he worked in the Austin office where they were also mistreating him. He moved to Houston to get away from it all, but the manager also got transferred to this location.
