Wingspan Portfolio Advisors contracted for Bank of America and now JP Morgan. Managers Melanie Pellegrino, Justin Belter, Kevin Conn, David Payne, and Jason Dickard acted negligently, forcing Americans to lose their homes. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors also discriminated against minorities in Hiring, Pay and Promotions and were sued for discrimination. Mgrs. referred to Blacks as "Niggers" and "Roaches". Toyota Motor Company is Moving To Texas and They'll Probably Only Hire Temps

So Toyota Motor Company is moving to Texas and I really don't know how I feel about that. Major "good paying" companies move traditionally "good jobs" with "good benefits" to states like Texas and they immediately lower the pay, stop offering benefits and move temporary staffing agencies onsite to hire armies of low wage, vulnerable, exploited temps whose wages are being cut down to $9.00 an hour for YEARS by temporary agencies taking their cut.

I've seen this far too often in Texas...

Texas is the closest thing to China in the U.S. With its low wages and exploited, vulnerable employees. Its sad people like Rick Perry feel that the only way to attract businesses to Texas is by cutting worker protections. Texas' business chamber of commerce doesn't even have enough sense to require the companies when they create these massive contracts, lavishing hundreds of millions of tax payer dollars on these companies to move here, to hire PERMANENT WORKERS with REAL JOB PROTECTIONS and a DECENT SALARY.

These companies promise jobs that pay $40,000 or around that much as the average wage and they come to Texas and 80% of their workers become TEMPORARY STAFFING EMPLOYEES making just a buck or two over MINIMUM WAGE.

Sort of like they are both sleeping out of their cars and tried to rush and put themselves together for the photo. I can't allow myself to feel sorry for these assholes because they treated so many people, primarily blacks, like shit. At the height of Wingspan's "glory" these guys ruled the roost like dictators. Doing whatever the hell they wanted. Walking the fuck over people in my opinion and as well as many former employees I've spoken to. Their new company, Agility 360, is suppose to be in the business of 'advising' other firms on how to run more efficiently and survive challenges. If they were so good, why did Wingspan FAIL? It has closed offices and laid off hundreds of staff in every state its ventured into. It's CEO has stepped down. The company is STRUGGLING. These guys were NOT good executives. They are just good at Marketing (as Steven Horne was) but not at EXECUTING.

Even after slavery was abolished, clever politicians and businessmen found a way to keep the system of Slavery alive through the leasing of convicts who were, as they are now, disproportionately black. This labor, as it is now, was leased for close to nothing and was essentially "FREE LABOR". So the next time an angry white person says "Go Back to Africa" tell them not until they compensate you, as they have compensated the Native Americans, for the hundreds of years of FREE LABOR, and THEFT OF LANDS and RESOURCES and systemic disenfranchisement of jobs (especially those that pay well) in this country WITH INTEREST.
