Hey America! Isn't It Time To Stop Denying White Privilege Exists?

WHITE PRIVILEGE that we must all pretend NO LONGER EXISTS.


People tend to think as long as they don't hear a black person being called a "nigger" that means there is no more racism. So these white folks can shut most blacks out of opportunities in good paying jobs and access to capital, but as long as they never say "nigger" to anyone they aren't being racist.

Look around you people. Drive through any black neighborhood and you will see blacks in distress. We are fighting a silent war. Soon it will spill over. The federal government has enacted many laws to try and stymy the effects of racism. But until blacks get angry and stop doing business with companies that will only hire us for the mailroom or keep our numbers in their firm so low as to be negligible this will continue.

The reason I am angry and I blog about this shit is because everything we were made to believe about fairness in this country is a LIE. America's still a country of upward mobility don't get me wrong. But it's not education. It's not experience. It's not even hard work that will get a black person through to a higher economic level when we approach the typical white employer and he doesn't regard any of our qualifications because he can't get past our skin color.


"I worked at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors and saw black women with several years of experience in the mortgage industry being paid $11 dollars an hour and told by the temp agencies they were all hired through that they couldn't get that job unless they had several years of experience, good credit and no criminal record.
 
They were hired only to find out they worked beside white males who openly talked about their multiple foreclosures, bankruptcies and arrests. Not only that, they found out these guys came into the job with NO EXPERIENCE making TWICE what they were making.
 
And to add insult to injury, the managers at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, were promoting these white males at three times the pace of blacks. So these white males, who had less experience than their black counterparts were being placed over their black counterparts in positions of authority. And the head jackass recipient of this very racist system of white supremacy, Mr. Justin Belter, had the audacity to refer to a black male employee (who had more qualifications than him) as a NIGGER."
 
Wingspan Portfolio Advisors hired the blacks to be MULES. We were hired during a very busy period and we did the work of FOUR to FIVE employees EACH OF US. When the work died down, instead of rewarding us with permanent positions as they were doing the white males and females, Wingspan Portfolio Advisors decided to whiten the workforce even more and started systematically terminating the black employees and replacing us with higher paid, younger, less experienced WHITE EMPLOYEES."
 
It doesn't get any better than Texas does it? (Sarcasm)


The thing is we are in the SOUTH. These white guys here are still in the mindset that any job given to a black person is good enough. Regardless of it that position is so far under our capabilities. They are use to blacks being servants. Being mules. Working for FREE as in SLAVERY so that they feel we should continue to be thankful with their CRUMBS.

But they reward these white guys with top jobs and top dollar who often have less education and experience than blacks.

Then they say "Well there's no racism" because no one was called "Nigger"...

These dumb fucks. We should sue them out of existence.
