My 2 cents:
These white folks out here in Texas have absolutely no shame. They sit on their ass while their Mexican employees do five times the work for minimum wage. The black people have all wised up to this and instead of being taken advantage of they sit at home. I don't blame them.
They don't want to pay shit and they prefer the Mexicans over blacks now because the Mexicans are desperate and more exploitable. White folks know they can underpay them, abuse them, sometimes not pay them, and break all sorts of labor laws because those guys will bear it.
The white man is sitting in an air conditioned office listening to Lincoln park while his Mexican staff is running the place.. All for minimum wage.
Whites have even started training the Hispanics to do the work of high level managers who should be making $60,000 per year and their only paying them minimum wage.

Sometimes I wish someone would drive these slave drivers out of business. Seriously.
