Wingspan Portfolio Advisors contracted for Bank of America and now JP Morgan. Managers Melanie Pellegrino, Justin Belter, Kevin Conn, David Payne, and Jason Dickard acted negligently, forcing Americans to lose their homes. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors also discriminated against minorities in Hiring, Pay and Promotions and were sued for discrimination. Mgrs. referred to Blacks as "Niggers" and "Roaches". It's my belief Wingspan and BOA are complicit in the largest Mortgage Fraud in U.S. History.
Bill O'Reilly RIPS Al Sharptons Alliance With Harmful Aspects of Black Culture
I agree with Bill O'Reilly on this one with everything he stated. And as all of you know I make no bones about my race. I am black. However, Bill O'Reilly left out this. There are MANY black people who can speak well and and who present themselves well. However, they are STILL discriminated against because of racial discrimination in a white male dominated Corporate America.
African Americans are perceived as being TOXIC. This is why so many people in Corporate America don't want to hire them. Also, African Americans suffer disproportionately from the wrongs of "other" African Americans; meaning that when an employer has a bad experience with one African American in a very good position, he will be less likely the next time to hire another African American for a high position.
Whereas, he would never judge a white person on the behavior of another, he does so with African Americans.
African Americans who face discrimination and rightfully sue their employers, are in effect closing that door for other blacks. There is a lot of arrogance within the corporate setting with whites being at the Pinnacle and they simply hate the courts telling them to treat their "black wage slaves" fairly OR ELSE. So they tend to not hire as many blacks as they did before.
It's a terrible cycle.
But yeah.. Al Sharpton should not have aligned himself with Cash Money or Lil Wayne but then again he is a "Hustler" too. Hustlers understand each other.
