Managers Melanie Pellegrino, Justin Belter, Kevin Conn, David Payne, and Jason Dickard acted negligently, forcing Americans to lose their homes. I agree with Bill O'Reilly on this one with everything he stated. And as all of you know I make no bones about my race. I am black. However, Bill O'Reilly left out this. There are MANY black people who can speak well and and who present themselves well. However, they are STILL discriminated against because of racial discrimination in a white male dominated Corporate America.

African Americans are perceived as being TOXIC. This is why so many people in Corporate America don't want to hire them. Also, African Americans suffer disproportionately from the wrongs of "other" African Americans; meaning that when an employer has a bad experience with one African American in a very good position, he will be less likely the next time to hire another African American for a high position.

Whereas, he would never judge a white person on the behavior of another, he does so with African Americans.

African Americans who face discrimination and rightfully sue their employers, are in effect closing that door for other blacks. There is a lot of arrogance within the corporate setting with whites being at the Pinnacle and they simply hate the courts telling them to treat their "black wage slaves" fairly OR ELSE. So they tend to not hire as many blacks as they did before.

It's a terrible cycle.

I can't allow myself to feel sorry for these assholes because they treated so many people, primarily blacks, like shit. At the height of Wingspan's "glory" these guys ruled the roost like dictators. Even after slavery was abolished, clever politicians and businessmen found a way to keep the system of Slavery alive through the leasing of convicts who were, as they are now, disproportionately black. This labor, as it is now, was leased for close to nothing and was essentially "FREE LABOR". So the next time an angry white person says "Go Back to Africa" tell them not until they compensate you, as they have compensated the Native Americans, for the hundreds of years of FREE LABOR, and THEFT OF LANDS and RESOURCES and systemic disenfranchisement of jobs (especially those that pay well) in this country WITH INTEREST.
